Returns & Refunds
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@carraiglar.com. The item should be in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
We may request a photo of the damaged goods before authorising a return. Once the return has been approved and received, your refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Unwanted Goods
You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Refunds will exclude the original shipping cost and any return postage costs. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and replacement items will be returned at the buyer’s expense.
We strongly encourage using tracked or registered post for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Cancellations & Returns
When you purchase online, you have the right to return a product up to 14 days after delivery. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the product and we will organise a refund excluding delivery costs.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on order weight and delivery destination.
Republic of Ireland (ROI)
Standard shipping via An Post:
- 0 – 10kg: €5.95
- 10.01 – 15kg: €15.00
- 15.01 – 20kg: €18.00
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom
Shipping via An Post:
- 0 – 0.5kg: €10.00
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days.
- Orders exceeding 500g may require a custom shipping quote.
Europe
Shipping via An Post:
- 0 – 0.5kg: €12.00
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
- Orders exceeding 500g may require a custom shipping quote.
Large or International Orders
For orders over 500g outside Ireland or for destinations outside the UK and EU, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a custom shipping quote.
Important Notes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for items not delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
Delivery times may vary due to postal disruptions, strikes, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We retain proof of postage for all orders. We are not obliged to provide a refund if an item is not collected.

Due to our products being handmade, there may be slight variations in colours, texture, weight, fragrance, design, and packaging. Pricing
All our product pricing is listed in euros. Delivery charges are additional and will be clearly displayed at checkout. We are entitled to change our pricing without notice. This will not affect customers who have already placed their orders.
Payment
We accept payment via Stripe (Credit/Debit card) to process orders on our site. We will send the product once full payment has been received. We cannot be made responsible for any bank charges incurred by you during checkout.
Privacy Policy
We will not share personal information with third parties, except to fulfil your order. Data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
