Returns & Refunds
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@carraiglar.com. The item should be in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. We may ask for a photo of the damaged goods before authorising a return. Once approved and received, your refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Unwanted Goods
You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and still in resalable condition. The refund will exclude original shipping and any return postage costs. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping, and replacement items will be returned at the buyer’s cost. We strongly encourage using tracked or registered post for returns, as goods can get lost in transit.
Cancellations & Returns
When you have purchased online, you have the right to return a product up to 14 days after delivery. After your order has been dispatched, you can return the product and we will organise a refund, not including delivery costs.

Republic of Ireland (ROI)
- Standard shipping: €5.95 (up to 10kg)
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days approx.
United Kingdom
- Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch.
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Important Notes
We strongly advise you to ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be responsible for items not delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Our products are shipped within 1–2 days. This may change in the event of postal disruptions, strikes, etc. We shall retain proof of purchase for all orders. We are not obliged to provide a refund if the item is not collected.

Due to our products being handmade, there may be slight variations in colours, texture, weight, fragrance, design, and packaging. Pricing
All our product pricing is listed in euros. Delivery charges are additional and will be clearly displayed at checkout. We are entitled to change our pricing without notice. This will not affect customers who have already placed their orders.
Payment
We accept payment via Stripe (Credit/Debit card) to process orders on our site. We will send the product once full payment has been received. We cannot be made responsible for any bank charges incurred by you during checkout.
Privacy Policy
We will not share personal information with third parties, except to fulfil your order. Data is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
